y’all like avocado let’s make some guacamole very simple these are your ingredients let’s get started we’re going to begin by slicing our avocado open and emptying the flesh into a bowl and then Mash your avocado with the tool of your choice when you’re cooking do you clean as you go or would you rather wait until the end some of y’all may or may not know I love me a good kitchen cool I love this color so beautiful I’m only going to use half of this onion so I’ve cut it in half and now I’m just slicing it you could do this part by hand but I love my tool I just put it in Smash it down and it dices the onions up perfectly for me adding my red onion to the bowl with the avocado I’m using a beef steak tomato and I actually only use about three slices of this so I cut off the ends I gave myself a few slices and then I put them in my [Music] Chopper added my tomato to the bowl and now it’s time for some cilantro so I just grabbed a few stems of it and pulled the leaves off just my preference I don’t want to deal with a bunch of sticks and stalks in my guac chopping it up I am not the best Chopper but I did my best and eventually I switched over to my big old knife that I got on Tik Tok cuz that thing is sharp and it gets to job done adding my cilantro to the Bowl beautiful and colorful now a lime I’m only using half a lime because I’m not making a bunch of guacamole and I don’t want it too citrusy but just squeeze that lime juice directly into the bowl add some salt to your liking and mix everything up do your best to mash out any lumps of avocado that you may have missed and just mix it all up together taste test and it tastes exactly how it’s supposed to taste so good and simple now we could stop there but why would we let’s make some guacamole with a Twist I use about A4 of a can of this crab meat and I just added it right in and mixed it right on up and there we have it boom crab guacamole
