コスパ良し「カルボナーラ」のレシピ

【材料】(1人前)※倍量で2人前まではうまく作れます
パスタ 90~100g
ベーコン 30g
卵 (全卵) 1個
ミックスチーズ 25g

【調味料】
こしょう いっぱい

※パスタ茹でるお湯の塩分濃度は1%くらい

【簡略な手順】
①ベーコンを細切りにする
②器に卵、ミックスチーズ、こしょうをいれ混ぜる
③パスタを茹でる
④ベーコンをカリカリになるまで焼いて茹で汁をいれる
⑤茹で上がったパスタを④にいれ少し冷ましてから②をいれる
⑥お好みの濃度まで火をいれる
⑦盛り付けてたっぷりこしょうをかけたら完成!!
