When the surface is dry, flip it over. Bake for 2 minutes on each side. Remove the first sheet and bake the second sheet in the same way. Then bake in the oven for 4-5 minutes. Don’t forget to put the baking sheet in as it will be baked on the baking sheet. It’s OK if it’s slightly browned Remove the heat, wrap and freeze, and you can defrost and eat at a later date. Cut the kirimochi thinly. Add to mentai mayonnaise. Arrange the cut rice cakes. Top with pizza cheese. Bake at 240°C for 4-5 minutes. The mentaiko mochi pizza has been baked.
