Recipe:::

1. Box of jumbo pasta shells
2. 1.5 pounds of chicken breast or chicken tenderloin (cut in small pieces)
3. 1 pound of shrimp (cut in small pieces) (I used jumbo shrimp, but large or extra large will work)
4. 1 quart of heavy whipping cream
5. 1/2 cup bell peppers (diced)
6. 1 head of broccoli florets(cut into small pieces)
7. 1 pack of Mozzarella Cheese(Shredded) 8 ounces
8. 1 pack of Mexican 3 Cheese Blend(Shredded)-8 ounces
9. 2 tablespoons butter
10. 2 tablespoons of Jamaican jerk seasoning (see video for the exact brand)

****seasonings****
Cajun Seasoning
Salt
Pepper
Maggie (chicken bouillon cube)
Paprika
Jerk seasoning paste (2 teaspoons)

Recipe

Boil the pasta like the box says. Season the pasta water with salt and then drain once cooked and put to the side.

Step 1. Cut up the shrimp and chicken .
Step 2. Season the shrimp and chicken with the cajun seasoning
Step 3. Dice the bell peppers
Step 4. Cut the broccoli florets into small pieces . You want to cut everything small so they can fit into the shells
Step 5. Cook the shrimp and chicken like you see in the video.
Step 6. Add 2 tablespoons of butter, diced bell peppers and broccoli florets. Cook them down until they’re soft- about 5 minutes. When they are don’t put them in a separate bowl to the side
Step 7: Pour entire quart of heavy cream. Add Cajun seasoning, pepper, chicken bouillon, paprika and 2 spoons of the jerk seasoning. Lower the heat to medium so the milk doesn’t burn. Add 1/2 the bag of the shredded mozzarella cheese. Save the other half to top off the shells. Mix together for about 5 minutes. You should now have a thick Alfredo sauce
Step 8. Get a big bowl and add the chicken, shrimp, and mixed veggies
Step 9. Pour 2 cups of the Alfredo sauce with the meat and veggies and mix together
Step 10. Find an oven safe dish or aluminum foil pan
Step 11. Put 1 cup of the Alfredo sauce on the bottom of your dish/pan
Step 12.Fill the pasta shells and lay it in your pan. They’ll be slipping and sliding but it’s okay. Try and fit as many shells as possibly to keep them from moving
Step 13. If you have any remaining mixture of meat/veggies …just pour it on top
Step 14. Add the remaining Alfredo sauce on top of your shells
Step 15. Add the Mexican blend cheese(I used the whole bag) and the remaining mozzarella cheese on top
Step 16. Put the shells in the oven 415 degrees for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted on the top
Step 17. Enjoy ☺️
