  1. I have read that if you put the pit in the dip, it won't turn brown. For me, I eat it too quickly for it to brown. Guacamole doesn't last an evening around these parts, we typically make a small enough batch.

  2. You can also smush the plastic wrap into the quac and that would be way better. Squeeze some lime juice over the top as well. I don’t recommend the water method since it’ll likely grow bacteria or ruin the quac.

  3. I just put the plastic wrap right up against the guacamole with no air gaps and it keeps it from turning brown. No water necessary!

    Just smoosh the plastic wrap down to the flattened surface!! Or better yet just mix the brown in or scrape it off!! Way safer! I love you all too much to let quac be your demise!
