Not picking on you, this is a great tip for meal prepping… but traditional guacamole is the mash with lime and salt…the pico de gallo added is more of a gringo spin on guacamole.
Try blending avocado with cacao and maple syrup for amazing chocolate pudding.
I just noticed your channel! I love my freezer meals. I started making individual freezer meals for my diabetic husband who ate all three meals at his 13 hour a day job. I cook large portions of healthy meals with very little salt or carbs. All fresh veggies, spices and protein. I use the rubber made sandwich containers to store meals of about 1 cup each meal. The containers are cheap, readily available and stack well in my freezer. I use little post its to identify the meals. So they are easy to grab and he can pick what meals sound good for that day. I usually keep 6 to 8 different types of meals in the freezer, to give him a verity of food choices. I also use the souper cubes to freeze drippings and my broth. However I have never used them to freeze the meal components separately. Now you have me thinking what I could add.
I tried freezing avocado without smashing it and it was disgusting. I’ll try this way because I love avocado but hate when they go bad before I can eat them
Avocados are a big stable in a Hispanic household like mine. One trick to saving an avocado from going bad is that once it’s ripe or almost ripe, put it in a tub of water in the fridge. It can remain in the fridge for about 2 days or so and once you cut it open, it’ll be perfect. This only works if you haven’t opened it yet.
Only thing i hate about freezing tomatoes they never come out the same even when thawed its just like a stringy type texture after ..so if people like that lil plumpness to tomatoes add them after u thaw out the guac ❤

Girl if you cant get the timing right then you dont love avocados. You just enjoy eating avocasos. People who kove avovados know how to use them.

A friend of mine told me to store in a pitcher of water full of water. I thought she was lying. It lasted almost a month. I’m not even kidding.

Avocado 🥑 can be cut in half, pour Avocado oil on top store in fridge up to two days.
