✨T-Rex Avocado Toast✨

T-Rex avocado toast served with very cheesy eggs, tiny tomatoes, a piece of sausage, kiwi, blackberries and blueberries for Declan’s breakfast!
Declan was over the moon about this fun breakfast! He loves dinosaurs so much, and of course T-Rex is his favorite! 🦖💚

🍳 Cheesy Eggs 🍳

I discovered this way of making them when Declan first started to wean. He could easily get them on the fork at a very young age! It’s like a cheese omelet. I simply scramble the egg with a splash of milk and salt and pepper. I put butter in my smallest pan and make sure it covers the whole pan. I then pour the scrambled eggs in and they fill the pan to the edges in a circle shape. I then let that side cook until ready to flip. I flip the whole thing over, turn down the heat immediately and add grated cheese to half. I then fold half of the circle over the cheese making a half circle filled with cheese. You can then flip it over again until the cheese is melted. When it’s done I move the cheesy eggs to a cutting board to cool slightly before I cut it into little squares.
