The wind is getting cooler and the sun is getting warmer here these days. New shoots and buds are announcing the arrival of spring here and there. I made avocado cream cheese egg toast for a leisurely breakfast and shared it with my husband. I also cooked a ‘cabbage roll’ for my husband’s lunch box. I’m also diligently taking Swedish classes and have stopped by a downtown bookstore and looked at cooking and baking books.
