    With the bird flu around and the price of eggs outrageous, we’re making a delicious, affordable, and easy to make tiramisu. See the recipe below ⬇️

    1 package of lady fingers (24 per pack)
    (can use pound cake or sponge cake)
    2 cups strong coffee or weaker if desired
    2 (8 oz) blocks of full fat cream cheese
    2/3 cups sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 cups heavy cream
    Hershey’s cocoa for dusting

      Hi Penguin, Chef and fur babies! I’m glad all the fur babies are doing well. Your tiramisu looks so good and I like cream cheese too especially since mascarpone cheese is so expensive. I’ve had espresso and it’s so strong. I use creamer in my coffee because I’m a sissy like that, lol.

      Thanks for talking about the black bird. I'll watch Annie closer so she doesn't find one and roll in it. She gets a bath today because she has been rolling a lot so maybe her back itches. That and she's starting to shed undercoat. Her nails need trimmed as well. I feel it's going to be an eventful day if my back will cooperate. I'm making my grocery list for Tiramisu ingredients. It looks like it's lower in sugar or I can easily make it such. $15 for a Tiramisu is nuts. I wonder if you face the light if possible then you won't get that over exposure. I see people do that, anyway. Bomb cyclone headed towards the Midwest next week. A once in a lifetime event. Reed Timmer YouTube channel is already reporting it. Debbie Downer, signing off. 😅❤

      I know where I'm heading for dessert! 😋 looked absolutely delicious big sis. The mascarpone cheese here is $10 😮 which is nuts! I've always wanted to make tiramisu, but it's cheaper if I buy it. I've already priced each ingredient….our prices are crazy. I would have to wait on sales maybe one day! I would have to double up on the lady fingers cause those disappear over here 😂😂😂 have a wonderful Sunday ♥️🌷☺️

      kids always a pleasure . I only whipped cream once, & didn't know it would make butter, i was 40 ,& no experience with cream before tfs xo 💜💙
