#16 魔女スープ「ハーブブロス」を作る/ HOW TO MAKE UCHUKO’S HERBAL HEALING BROTH

I like home time on rainy days and often spends a lot of time simmering witch dishes.
Let’s get cooking at witchy small kitchen!
Uchuko’s herbal broth made with organic vegetables, medicinal herbs and ginger root.
As a soup stock used in soups of Western dishes and sauces,
You can of course use this as a base for your homemade soups and stews.
Homemade broth truly is the best food as nature’s medicine,and
I’ve been enjoying this recipe either plain in a mug,
or with a teaspoon of miso stirred in, for additional flavour.

Ready to bottle! Refrigerate for up to 3 days!

雨の日のおうち時間は好き。ゆっくり時間をかけて魔女料理をコトコト煮込んでる事が多い。
今日はパラレル宇宙食の魔女スープ、「ハーブブロス」をつくりました。

キノコたっぷり有機野菜、薬草、ショウガの根で作られた宇宙子の「ハーブブロス」

西洋料理のスープやソースに使うブイヨン（だし汁）のスープストックとして、
自家製のスープやシチューなど、他の料理のベースとして使用することもできます。

自家製のスープは自然の薬として最高の食べ物で
私はこのレシピをマグカップに入れてスープとして飲んだり、
小さじ1杯程のお味噌を入れて楽しんでいます。

瓶詰めして、保存期間は冷蔵庫で３日間。
