1. Prepare the Eggs:
* Gently crack the eggs into a bowl, being careful to keep the yolks intact.
* (Optional) If you prefer, you can lightly whisk the eggs in the bowl, mixing the yolks and whites to make the eggs scrambled.
2. Melt the Butter:
* Place the unsalted butter in a non-stick skillet or frying pan.
* Set the heat to low and let the butter melt slowly. This prevents burning and adds a nice flavor to the dish.
3. Add and Toast the Bread:
* Tear or cut the toast bread into bite-sized pieces.
* Add the bread pieces to the skillet with the melted butter.
* Let the bread toast on one side until it becomes crispy and golden brown.
* Then flip the bread pieces and toast the other side until it is also crispy.
4. Add Vegetables:
* Chop the tomato and bell pepper into small pieces.
* Add the chopped vegetables to the skillet with the toasted bread.
* Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the vegetables.
* Sauté the vegetables with bread for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly softened.
5. Cook the Eggs:

* If you mixed the eggs, pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread and vegetables in the skillet.
