      The coffee jelly makes me want some grass jelly… if you haven’t tried it before, grass jelly is herbal, floral, and refreshing. It’s great with some crushed ice, a splash of heavy cream (or milk), and honey!

      「やっぱり夏はそうめん」ですよね。私もアレンジ素麺にはまってます。最近のお気に入りは油そば風素麺とコウケンテツさんが昨年YouTubeで紹介されていたスープ冷麺風です。わたしさんが作られていたアレンジ素麺も物凄く美味しそう。今度試してみます。

      You have probably heard this before – but you guys should definitely write a cookbook! Your cooking videos are always so inspiring. It's interesting how outside of Japan – like here in Australia – Japanese food is often presented as simple donburi style. With rice and topping of some sort – a little boring. But when we eat in Japan or like on your videos – more often than not, there are always a number of interesting little dishes of food. I've been looking for a japanese cookbook with recipes like you guys make – but there isn't really anything in English – especially written by Japanese author. With your design skills and delicious looking dishes – you would make a great book!
