The meat and gravy and sides look delicious ~I just wouldn't put the cheese in though. It would be way too rich (not money rich~the cheese and meat together rich) for my tastes. One of my favourite meals is meatloaf. I use Paul Prudhomme's recipe for Cajun meatloaf (you can find it online), except I use a dark roux gravy, not the very spicy topping he suggests. The gravy I make looks much like theirs, deeply and wonderfully flavoured. It is THE best meatloaf recipe ever! I love the idea of cooking it in the rice cooker! I might try that. 結構な量のたねを成形無しで詰め込んでて首をかしげてたら、付け合わせのトウモロコシが丸ごとだったので笑ってしまいました。
