鶏ささみのしそチーズ巻きの作り方☆少ない材料で簡単!しっとり柔らかに仕上げるコツをご紹介☆お弁当のおかずにも♪-Chicken Fillet Shiso Cheese Roll-【料理研究家ゆかり】

This time, I will introduce an easy and healthy side dish using chicken breast strips. This time, I want to open up the chicken breast strips and wrap them up with shiso leaves and cheese. I would like to make two kinds of seasoning: shiso cheese and ume shiso cheese. The ingredients are easy to find and very simple to make. I hope you’ll have a great time. Please have a look at it. Chicken breast strips, sliced cheese, shiso leaves, dried plums, flour, salt, pepper, salad oil This time, I will make it with these ingredients. This time I would like to make two kinds of cheese rolls and plum shiso cheese rolls. You can also add curry powder or yuzu kosho (Japanese citrus pepper) to make it tastier. You can arrange it as you like. And the sliced cheese we’re going to use this time, this is the non-melting type of sliced cheese. So let’s start making it with these ingredients. Easy recipes at home Now let’s make it right away. First, remove the seeds from the dried plums. You can also change the amount of dried plums to your liking. You can also use a tube of dried plums if you prefer. Then I’m going to hit this one with a knife. Dried plums are now ok. Let’s beat the dried plums like this. Now let’s continue with the shiso leaves. Stack the shiso leaves on top of the stems and cut off the stems. Shiso leaves are ready. The shiso leaves should be rinsed with more water and properly patted dry. Then the sliced cheese. Cut this in half. It looks like this. Cut the sliced cheese in half like this. Now cut the rest in half as well. I think it’s better to do it from the top of the bag, because once you open the cheese slice, it will be very soft. Now going to remove the muscle from the white meat. If you use a fork and kitchen paper, you can easily remove the stringy bits. The first thing you want to do is put this stringy part in the gap between the forks. And then grab the part that sticks out with a piece of kitchen paper. And pull this one toward each other on the other side. Then you can easily streak it like this. Now I can do the rest in the same way. I’ve finished plotting the stripes. So going to open up these whiskers now. We’re going to put the knife there and we’re going to cut into it. Soooo… And let’s open it up. Make sure the overall thickness is uniform. Like this. And if it’s ripped like this, you put the knife in through the ripped part, and when you get to the thicker part, you open it up, and it’s like this. I would suggest that you open the ripped one like this. Now I’ll do the rest the same way.. Now open the whiskers like this. Then season with salt and pepper. Let’s put the back side on as well. When finished rolling, sprinkle a thin layer of flour over the dough. Sprinkle all over. OK. Now going to fry it in a frying pan. First, going to put some salad oil in the frying pan. And let’s put it on the fire. Turn the heat down to medium-high and first turn the oil around the whole frying pan Once the oil has been circulated, reduce the heat to medium-low. And here going to grill the meat with the end of the roll down. And then going to grill it like this until it starts to brown. Make sure you cook the end of the roll especially well. When the end of the roll is browned, rotate it. As for the ones that have peeled off a little bit like this, let’s prick them with a toothpick so that they don’t burn a little bit. Here we go. Like this. I’ll hold it down with that. And let’s burn the whole thing. When all sides are browned, add about a half tablespoon of water, which is not included in the amount. Then put the lid on and let it steam. At this point, turn the heat down to low. Steam the fish for about 2 minutes. Open the lid when 2 minutes have elapsed. 胸肉があったのでさっそく作りました、しその葉と梅干しは今の時期ぴったりのおかずになりました。

ささみの筋取り、いつも身がバラバラになっちゃうので、ささみは苦手でした😭

裂けてると開くのが難しいですが、ゆかり先生の手元をよく見て技を学びますね(*^^*)
鶏ささみチーズは揚げるの専門でしたが焼く方がさっぱりといただけそう!
