Welcome to Hungry husky home cooking! Today i’m making Mushroom Cream Pasta using ingredients you can find at the local supermarket in Japan. Creamy mushroom and shallot sauce on traditional tagliatelle pasta, topped with pecorino romano cheese, you just can’t beat it!
There are many different versions of this well known pasta dish, and I mixed and matched ingredients that I think brings out the best taste and should be easy to find. It’s simple, delicious, and great for romantic dinner date at home paired with wine!
