RECIPE:
1. In a skillet, sauté 1 chopped green pepper and 1 small chopped onion in 1 tbsp of avocado oil until tender. Set aside.
2. Brown 2 lbs of ground beef.
3. Mix the onions and peppers in with the meat along with 1/3 cup of water and 2 tbsp of homemade taco seasoning.
4. Lay a @cutdacarb flatbread horizontally and fill one long side with taco meat, fresh Pico de Gallo, shredded colby jack cheese and jalapeño cilantro cream sauce. (Recipe by @hannah_nos_carbs )
5. Roll it up tightly and cut it into 5 equal pieces.
6. Place the pieces upright in a greased springform pan.
7. Repeat until the pan is full.
8. Bake at 400° for 10-15 minutes.
9. Remove from the oven and take off the top part of the springform pan. The tacos should all stay together and upright
