HOW TO MAKE TOM YUM SOUP IN 10 MINUTES – HOME MADE (FAST)

TOM YUM SOUP is one of the most popular Thai food soup. This time i use seafood including prawns, fish and squid. This soup is very easy to make and hope you enjoy it!

Tom yum has its origin in Thailand. The words “tom yam” are derived from two Thai words. Tom refers to the boiling process, while yam refers to a Thai spicy and sour salad.
HOW TO MAKE TOM YUM SOUP IN 10 MINUTES – HOME MADE (Fast)

TOM YUM SOUP INGREDIENTS:
1 tspn cooking oil
2 cloves minced garlic
150g seafood mix (prawns, squid, fish)
2 tbspn tom yum paste
2 cups boiled water
100g button mushrooms
1 can coconut milk
3 chillies (optional)
6 kaffir lime leaves
2 small lemongrass stalks
1 small tomato (sliced in cubes)
small bunch of coriander
1 medium size lemon
pinch pepper and salt
