    1. This sounds really exciting to me! I did so well on Freestyle when it first came out but then of course it was the whole portion sizes that inched up and my weight stalled. Dang. lol. I would rather not track…I'm going to try this!!

    2. Fun and cuteness! Good video today, as always 🙂 BTW, I believe the purple also includes fat free cottage cheese and 1% quark. It's not on your drop down list.

    3. Hi purple is very similar to the old core program. I don’t see any lean meats on here did they do away with it? It was a huge part of my program.

    4. In the WW app under settings you can change your tracking method to Healthy Habits and you can manually adjust your points and weeklies.

    5. Great video, thank you. Hate Target candy aisle 🤣🤣🤣I was hoping that purple would be my sf plan….. I will compare the lists. Thanks.

    6. The purple food list was awesome…do you have one for the green plan? I’ve lost 67# on Freestyle, but have been at a plateau for 5 (yes 5!) months. Hoping one of the plans will shake things up! Love the purple plan food list, and I eat and cook mostly at home so this may be perfect. Already know about blue, so green zero point foods would be very helpful…only if you can share, of course! Thanks!

    7. Is this truly fact, subject to last minute changes? What verifies the info here? I just saw this do don’t know the bloggers history so excuse my ignorance.

    8. I wonder if whole wheat flour, chickpea flour, etc…are going to be zero point? Essentially, they are ground from wheat berries, chick peas, etc…and I'm sure that's what the pastas are made from. I see a lot of grains in that list that are also flours. That would make something like 2 ingredient dough, zero point…so long as you chose an appropriate flour.

    9. I'm learning about Weight Watchers and I'm not going to have completely lost. However, I noticed that you don't look at the calories to Fat the sodium the carbohydrates to Sugar any of the nutritional information on the packages. Now I was in a diabetic prevention class because I have polycystic ovarian syndrome. And what you eat matters because it's all hormonal. It's an autoimmune disease. And in that class it was a focus on low calories low fat and free cards. And a lot of people forget their fruits and vegetables are carbs. Oh and I focus on low fructose fruits. And I noticed that with Weight Watchers you don't focus on Counting the calories or maybe that's a different plan. Did you give a little bit more information on that. Because I did lose 52 lb and 8 months in the DPP program. And I'm looking to lose another 80 lb within the next year. I averaged out between one and two pounds per week doing the Locale, low fat and I'm free carbs.

    10. Hi I just started watching your vidio. Had to stop to give you a suggestion. Make a meal of 14 points, put it in everyday. Then you have 16 points left, the app can do the math.

    11. I've watched all your videos on the new plans coming out. But purple seems totally doable for me! My boyfriend was so intrigued he might even sign up for WW with me because of the purple program! Thanks for all the information!

    12. Thank you for sharing this. I guess the question is what cant you eat!😊 making a list of foods to avoid would be a good thing to have (for me) to stay on track.

    13. I like the idea of the purple plan (the pasta, rice, potato and oatmeal) but I'm at a plateau right now and not sure that adding "free carbs" is the answer 🙁

    14. A big thank you to you for all your videos. I'm giving purple a go today, so far absolutely loving it 🙂 cant wait until 11th november when it all comes out xxx

    15. Lol. I have been doing the purple plan for over a year and a half. I never ate more than 16 points on FS and watched my zero points foods. Should have copyrighted it-lol.

    16. Looks like our rescue kitty Molly (well, without her nose smudge!). Mine likes to get under rugs, she is hiding…shhhhh…

    17. Hi! Thanks for your videos! I just changed to the purple plan. Where do you get a printable Zero points food list for the purple plan? Thanks so much!

    18. Fat Free Cheese and some creamers are zero on the purple plan. Everything that is Zero in Blue is Zero in Purple. Purple has extra zero point foods than Blue.
