  1. love the video and the recipe – already made 2x. but… there is no proportion of ingredients. Would love some advice about the approx. number of avocados to half an onion to cilantro to limes!

  2. I hate it when people pinch the avocados! You can just hold it in the palm of your hand and sense whether it is ripe or hard. Pinching tells you nothing, just destroys it for someone else. I like your program and your recipe. Thanks.

  3. Finally! What a great tutorial on making the best guac. "Why a serrano? Because I'm Mexican." Loved that. Now I have to look up all your other instruction vids because I loved this one so much. Bravo!

  4. I learned a long time ago, you can cut avocado with just a butter knife. No need to use a big sharp knife. Cutting avocados is the number one reason people go to the ER for hand/knife/finger stitches.
