【カオマンガイの特製だれの作り方】
長ネギをみじん切りにする。小皿に移す。
小皿に以下の調味料を加えて、よくかき混ぜる。
醤油大さじ1
お酢大さじ1
ゴマ油小さじ1
オイスターソース大さじ1/2
砂糖大さじ1/2
味噌小さじ1
鶏肉に特製だれをつけていただきます。

How to make the special sauce for Khao Man Gai

Finely chop the spring onions. Transfer to a small dish.
Add the following seasonings to the small dish and mix well.
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon miso
Dip the chicken in the special sauce.
