●生クリーム………100cc 100cc heavy cream
●グラニュー糖 ………3グラム 3g granulated sugar
●マスカルポーネ………50グラム 50g mascarpone cheese
●抹茶(トッピング)………適宜 Matcha green tea powder for topping as you like (optional)
