Ratio: 1 part rolled oats to 2 parts liquid (milk, cream, or water)
    Pinch of salt
Instructions: Combine liquid, oats, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Once it starts bubbling, reduce heat to low, cover, and let simmer for about 20 minutes.

    2. Air Fryer Breakfast Burritos
Scrambled eggs (seasoned with salt and black pepper)
    Diced cooked sausage
    Shredded cheese (optional)
    Tortillas (e.g., Ezekiel tortillas)
Tip: Warm frozen tortillas briefly over the warm stovetop burner to make them pliable for rolling.
Instructions: Fill tortillas with eggs, sausage, and cheese. Roll up and air fry at 400°F (200°C) for about 4 minutes until crispy. Serve with salsa and fresh fruit!
    3. Fresh Morning Biscuits
Homemade buttermilk biscuits baked golden brown and served warm with coffee.
    4. Chocolate Chunk Pumpkin Muffins
    Wet Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
    ¾ cup granulated sugar
    2 eggs
    Dry Ingredients:
    1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
    ¾ tsp baking powder
    ½ tsp baking soda
    ½ tsp ground cinnamon
    ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
    ¼ tsp ground cloves
    ¼ tsp salt
Mix-in: 1 ½ cups chocolate chunks (reserve a few for the tops)
Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Whisk wet and dry ingredients separately, fold together until just combined, and stir in chocolate chunks. Scoop into lined muffin tins and bake for 20–25 minutes.
    5. Cozy Baked Apples
    4 apples, cored
    1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
    ¼ cup sugar
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tbsp maple syrup
    ¼ cup butter, diced
