【Cod Roe Mayo Toast】
パン屋、超えた？！明太マヨトースト

【材料】

食パン　1枚

●マヨネーズ　大2くらい

●明太子またはたらこ　15〜20g

●めんつゆ　小1

チーズ(お好みで) 適量

きざみ海苔(お好みで) 適量

【作り方】

①たらこの薄皮と筋をとってマヨネーズとめんつゆとまぜる

②①を食パンにのせてお好みでチーズをかけトーストで焼く

③海苔をお好みでかけて完成！

Ingredients

* 1 slice of bread
* 2 tbsp mayonnaise
* 15–20g cod roe or spicy cod roe
* 1 tsp mentsuyu (Japanese noodle soup base)
* Cheese, as much as you like
* Shredded nori, as much as you like

Instructions

1. Remove the skin from the cod roe. Mix with mayonnaise and mentsuyu.
2. Spread the mixture on the bread. Add cheese if you like, then toast.
3. Sprinkle with nori and enjoy!
