– ねぎ　　　　　　　　　　1本
– クランベリー（無糖）　　50g
– くるみ　　　　　　　　　50g
– パセリ　　　　　　　　　お好みで
– バター　（無塩）　　　　大さじ1　　

味付け
– マヨネーズ　　　　　　　150g
– 種入りマスタード　　　　大さじ１
– ガーリックパウダー　　　小さじ1
– はちみつ　　　　　　　　大さじ１
– 塩・コショウ　　　 　　お好みで

今回のハングリーハスキーレシピは、近所のスーパーで手に入る材料で「チキンサラダサンドイッチ」を作ります。
チキンサラダはアメリカで人気ある家庭料理で、そのままでも美味しいし、サラダの上にのせても食べられる。でも、僕はサンドイッチが一番好き！
コストコのロティサリーチキンを使うのがおすすめ。クランベリーとクルミを入れるとめっちゃ美味しい！このレシピは最大で15分しかかからないので、毎日でも食べられる。

Wellcome to Hungry husky home cooking! Today i’m making Chicken salad sandwich using ingredients you can find at the local supermarket in Japan.

Chicken salad is a very popular home cooked dish in America, and is delicious on its own or on top of salad. But the sandwich is my favourite!
It’s a great way to use meat from Costco’s rotisserie chicken, and together with cranberries and walnuts it tastes incredible! This recipe only takes 15mins max to make, and I could eat it everyday.
