I hate sour cream but I love adding cream cheese to scrambled eggs. I found this channel after watching Rachael Ray making scrambled eggs with truffles and potato chips and I thought that was so odd that I was curious if others had done a similar dish. Your video was the top response to my search. I enjoyed your content so I am now subscribing. I am debating whether to try to make this some time today for a meal, with my added cream cheese to the mix and making it as scrambled eggs instead. Oops, now I am getting hungry….
