    1. Cut your plantains on a bias, par fry in oil on low, smash them and then fry the high for 2 – 3 minutes until they’re golden brown.

    2. I physically dont know how, but i heard "apple pie" instead of guacamole and was exceedingly confused with what you were doing till i looked over at my phone and read the caption 😂😂

    3. "Now take sir [William Dampier], the spanish all dispose him.
But to the British, he's a hero and they idolize him
It's how you look at buccaneers that makes them bad or good
And I see us as members of a noble brotherhood!"

    4. Guacamole recipe… from an English pirate… 🤦🙄🙄🙄
There may be a name for that dish from Panama, but it certainly is not guacamole. I mean guacamole literally comes from two words in nahuatl, you know, the language of the nahua people from Mexico!

    5. I grew up eating avocado with sugar like this and I ate it like a pudding. I used to think guacamole was gross because it was so different than what I grew up on till I actually tried it

    6. That original variance of avocado is still available I have seen it at Walmart produce a couple of times in Georgia in the Atlanta region I've also seen it at Walmart in Nashville but those are the only two places I've seen it

    7. For the rest of the world it may sound strange, but in Brazil we only eat avocado with sugar 😅
The idea of eating it with salt, pepper etc is very new to us

    8. Here in Brasil a common way of eating it is carving it in half, just like done in the video, then putting sugar where the pit was and just mixing it around a bit and eating it like that.
      I love it.

    9. Florida avocados have half the fat of Hass, more sugar, and a way lighter flavor. They are wat bigger, too maybe three or four times as big. They're a pale yellow inside with just the part of the fruit touching the skin being green

    10. i grew up in a place where avocados are eaten with sugar and milk so to me yall are the weird ones for eating it salty and spicy lol
