    1. You should make a Sonoran hot dog, it’s a Mexican variation of hot dog with onion tomato pinto beans and jalepeno sauce, it’s insanely good and it would be great at any party or whatever event. Try it. Pleaseeeeeew

    3. I never used to wear gloves for jalapeños until one random day I got hot pepper hands… it was absolute torture like I had a literal burn all over my hands. The only remedy that actually worked was slathering them in oil, scrubbing the heck out of them with a nail brush (not fun), then washing with soap and repeat several times. The oil grabs the capsaicin and the soap washed it away. Dealing with jalapeños hundreds of times with no issue but that one time…gloves from now on.

    4. Another tip to avoid having the guacamole turn brown so quickly is putting the seeds from the avocado in your guacamole.

    5. As an original Chile head for more than 26 years you wear a glove when cutting those peppers so you don’t have Hunan Hand. One summer after picking peppers in (of all places) an apple orchard in a secret location in Indiana I can tell you that average nitrile gloves don’t help when preserving 25 gallons of chile peppers, including some of the first habanero peppers in the United States and other high intensity pe🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
