🐙🦐 Ceviche de Pulpo y Camarón Attempt by Korean #ceviche #shorts #mexicanfood

    Recipe
    Ceviche de Pulpo y Camarón
    Chopped octopus
    Chopped shrimp, peeled and deveined
Enough lime juice to submerge the seafood
2-3 Roma-sized tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/3 to 1/2 cucumber, seeded and chopped
    1/4 onion, finely chopped
    1-2 hot pepper, finely chopped
    1 avocado, chopped
    Finely chopped cilantro
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper, optional

Submerge the octopus and shrimp in lime juice and cure for 6–8 hours (I had sashimi grade shrimp, so I cured it for less). After curing, mix with tomatoes, cucumber, onion, hot pepper, avocado, cilantro, salt, and black pepper if using.
    Salsa Falsa Habanero
5 mini bell peppers, preferably yellow and orange
    1 Roma-sized tomato
    1/4 onion
    1 garlic clove
1/3 to 1/2 cup neutral cooking oil
    Dried hot peppers, to taste
    Water
    Knorr chicken bouillon
    Salt

Fry the bell peppers, tomato, onion, and garlic in neutral oil until they get some color. Add the dried hot peppers and fry briefly, but do not burn dried peppers. Let the oil cool slightly, then blend everything together with the oil, water, Knorr chicken bouillon, and salt.
