  1. I make mine with avocado 🥑 tomato, chopped onions cilantro chopped picked jalapeño lime juice and garlic salt and pinch of pepper, add salt to taste!

  2. I make the second way. I have always done it the second way. I can’t stand the avo smashed up. My children try to trick me with that stuff when I asked for authentic guacamole 😂😂😂

  3. i just half it, popout the pit, and peel it. a little more work but zero waste. also, "quacamole" means mashed avocado in spanish. 😉

  4. I like Terry's Guacamole with a little chopped tomato and onion. A squirt of lime to keep my avocado 🥑 from turning brown and a couple of tablespoons of sour cream on fried tortilla corn or blue. Thank you.

  5. Not sure which is the "proper" guacamole, but they're all "guapamole" imo. Congrats on not using a food mixer/ blender by the way😉

  6. I love plain old avocados mashed, small amounts of fresh lime juice and salt. Smash and it is done. Great for breakfast on toast with a side of a scrambled egg. My favorite is to use it as my dressing on a salad. I just can't eat Guacamole with all those other ingredients although I know most like it that way.

  7. Gonna try the Pico de Gallo version this weekend. It looks amazing! I love to use a lot of lime in my guacs, so I’ll add a little bit more.

  8. He's too nice… He just tells you everything in the first minute; "just add a bunch of avocado in with pico or salsa roja or whatever you want; it's easy!"

Most YouTube guys will string you out until the end, but he's just like, "it's so simple"

  9. My favorite is a mix of all 3 of these. I like it super spicy, and medium chunky with finely chopped ripe tomatoes, juice of one medium lime, and 2+ habanero peppers. I dislike cilantro. I also love pico de gallo so #2 would be my favorite if it were a little chunkier. I’m too lazy to make pico de gallo right now. Another super easy trick is instead of the habaneros and the tomatoes, I add Mrs Renfro’s Habanero Salsa and a lime to 2 large or 4 small avocados. Mrs Renfro’s is at Kroger’s stores including King Soopers and Fry’s. I add salt and pepper to all. Salt reduces the fire in the habaneros. I live in Denver and snowbird in Arizona where there are tons of avocados right now. (November 2025)

  10. I am a white girl and make my guacamole with much regret. I can never get it right but now that I’ve watched this, I feel confident that I can master it, thank you!

  11. Love all of these recipes …I add 1 clove garlic wirh my garlic smasher tool and a flat tsp of mayonnaise garlic powder pepper ..fine diced serrano green or red onion diced, salt and dashes of tabasco to taste! AND FRY FRESH CHIPS with corn tortillas!!! Ariba!!!!! SO SO GOOD!!😊

  12. If I am just having a snack I just do the #1, #2 is for a party and side with meal, And #3 is so good on a taco. great with beef fajitas.

  13. I had a Creamy Guacamole at one of our Neighborhood Tacarias (Sp?) I immediately fell in love. I just don't know how to make it. Could you help? Thanks in advance.

  14. I made the number two guaq but used a shallot instead of red onion. I like the delicate flavor of shallots and saved my red onions for other dishes. I watch all your videos, copy your recipes and like your simple and enthusiastic instruction. I like the way you show three variations of a recipe. Thank you , Chef Arnie.👍😋😊

  15. chunky avocado, chopped romai tomato. couple of heeping tablespoons of chopped white onion, juice of 1/2 small lime, salt to taste. Gringo guac!
