Waffles/Pancake
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 cup Good Culture cottage cheese
½ cup milk (or water if no milk)
1 ½ cup rolled oats
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Cinnamon
Salt

Mix together
Use waffle maker, or make pancakes on a heated pan
Cook each side 1-3 minutes

Buffalo Chicken dip
½ Rotisserie chicken
1 cup Good Culture cottage cheese
½ cup Buffalo sauce
Chives (Optional)

Dice up chicken, and mix together all the ingredients

Spinach wrap (makes 2 wraps)
1 bunch of spinach
1 cup Good Culture cottage cheese
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper

Mix together and pour out on an oven pan
350F for 20-30min until it looks toasted
