Some of my favorite nachos in the 210 are the Cinco Nachos with picadillo from @miguelitos.
They’re serving up twelve crispy homestyle chips topped with melted cheddar, refried beans, guacamole, and jalapeños, stacked exactly how nachos should be. No dry chips, no shortcuts, just straight-up deliciousness in every bite.
You can level them up with shrimp, chicken, or beef fajita, but honestly, the picadillo is the move.
