Sprinkle potato starch all over the meat. Heat the oil. Add a little bit of the potato starch that’s stuck to the meat, and if it floats to the top , it’s OK. Add the meat, skin side down. Fry on medium heat for 6-7 minutes. Once it’s browned, flip it over. Fry for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. It’s done when the back side is browned as well. This sweet and sour sauce goes perfectly with fried chicken breast! The batter is crispy because I used a lot of potato starch . I think the secret to the deliciousness of this dish lies in the batter. Chicken breast has a very healthy image. The one with the skin has 133 kcal per 100g, and the one without the skin has 105 kcal. It has the lowest calorie content among meats (chicken). Even though it is low in fat , it contains more protein than chicken thighs. Protein is essential for maintaining life.
