What’s up everyone? I’m Jason. Welcome to my kitchen. Today I’m going to show you how to make fetuccini alfredo with shrimp from scratch. Just a handful of ingredients. It’s super delicious. So, let’s get started. We’re going to add a tablespoon of salt to our water. We’re going to cook that for 8 minutes. Two tablespoons of butter. 2 tablespoon of minced garlic. Two cups of heavy whipping cream. I’m going to bring that to a simmer. We’re going to add about half of our Parmesan cheese. There’s the last half. The sauce is really coming together. We’re going to add about a teaspoon of salt. Next, we’re going to add couple tablespoons of our chopped parsley. Next, we’ll add one pound of uncooked de vained shrimp. Our shrimp is almost cooked because it’s mostly uh pink looking. Takes a couple minutes. We’re going to add our fetuccini in just a little bit. I’m going to add just a pinch of black pepper. Maybe a/4 teaspoon or to taste. Next, we’re going to add our fetuccini right to the bowl here. It’s going to absorb that sauce and it’s going to turn into a delicious meal. That sauce is going to continue to thicken. The starch from the noodles will uh cause it to thicken up even more. This is so delicious. You’re going to absolutely love this. We’re going to add some more parmesan for garnish. Some more parsley. All right, that looks and smells amazing. We’re going to do a taste test. All right, let’s plate some of this up. All right, I’m starving. This smells so amazing. I love this dish. I think you’re going to love this. This is way better than you’re ever going to get at Olive Garden. Fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients
• 1 pound fettuccine pasta
• 2 Tbs butter
• 1 pounds uncooked shrimp – peeled and deveined
• 8 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 cups of heavy cream
• 1 Cup grated Parmesan cheese + some for garnish
• ¼ Cup chopped fresh parsley + some for garnish
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions
1. Fill a large pot with salted water and bring to a rolling boil. Cook fettuccine at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain.
2. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic in butter until fragrant. Pour in half-and-half; stir. Add Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon at a time, stirring constantly. Mix in parsley, season with salt. Simmer, stirring frequently, until sauce is thickened. Add shrimp.
3. After shrimp is cooked, and no longer gray, stir fettuccine into sauce until evenly coated.
4. Garnish with more Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
5. Serve
