(if you don’t have Shio Koji use salt) 30ml/ 1.0oz oyster sauce 100g/ 3.53oz sugar 70ml/ 2.3oz soy sauce Mix all the seasonings Add the meat Let the meat and seasonings blend in Bleed the air in the bag as much as possible Marinated in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours (you can soak it for up to a week) 30 hours later Bake in an oven preheated to 200℃/ 392°F for about 1 hour.
