【料理名】まるごとキウイのフルーツサンド
材料/(2人分)
サンドイッチ用パン 4枚
キウイ 2個
プレーンヨーグルト 100g
生クリーム 100ml
グラニュー糖 20g
作り方
1.ボウルにキッチンペーパーを敷いたザルのせ、プレーンヨーグルトを入れて一晩水切りする。
2.キウイは両端を切り落とし、皮をむいておく。
3.生クリームにグラニュー糖を加え、ツノが立つまで泡立て、1の水切りヨーグルトを加え混ぜ合わせる。
4.ラップの上にサンドイッチ用パンを置き、パンの中心に2のクリームの1/4量をのせる。
5.4にキウイを斜めに置き、クリームの1/4量とパンをのせてラップできっちり包んで冷蔵庫で5分〜10分休ませる。
6.ラップを外して三角形になるように十字に切る。
