【速水もこみち流】エスニック風海老と彩り野菜のバジル炒めに挑戦!

Hello there! I’m Chim who is Thai restaurant chef “Phisanuloku” in Japan. I find an interesting recipe from Japanese actor’s YouTube. He uses this Thai ginger “Kaa” That is Prawns and Vegetables Stir-Fries with Ethnic Basil Flavors This is Thai ginger called “Kaa” or ” Galangal” In Thai langeage According in his recipe, he cooks this for Stir-Fries. But It’s very rare case to cook this ginger for Stir-Fries in Thailand I haven’t seen sliced Thai Ginger for Stir-Fried yet. So I’m very interesting to cook and eat this recipe. Seasonings Cooking Sake Salt Chicken Broth Powder Pepper Soy Sauce (Usukuchi) Namplaa ( Fish Sauce) Ingredients Straw Mushrooms (Sliced) Asparagus Baby Corn Thai Ginger It is very common this ginger use for “Tom Yum Kun”. And “Nam Plik” (Dipping Sauce) I usually seared this ginger for those cuisines. Red Onion Red and Yellow Peppers Italian Basil (Sweet Basil) Black Tiger Prawns (Slit on it back ) Cutting Veggies Baby Corn Neither fresh and canned Cut into half Slice Red Onion Peel Ginger Slice This mushroom already cut. If you use whole mushroom, please cut into half Asparagus Peel hard skin off Cut into random chunk Pepper Cut into random chunk Basil Random Cut Tiger Prawns Slice on its back All ingredients are ready to cook Pre-cook prawns (boiling) Sake helps to reduce sell And salt as well Put prawns in the boiling water When they get orange drain them to strainer You do not need cook very well Because I’m going to fry them later It is about 10 seconds. Pre-heat frying pan with medium-high heat Vegetable oil 25cc Put all prepared veggies in the pan And mushroom Then prawns Sliced ginger Salt and Pepper to taste Sake a little bit Hmm.. Smell’s nice Chicken Broth Powder about 1 tsp Numplaa Saysauce Basil All Done!!! Mokomichi is the name of actor who makes this recipe. I think Basil and Thai Ginger have too strong smell each other Both erase their nice smell Not bad… But I think who really like ethnic food they might like this If somebody eat Thai ginger this is too strong taste to them I think Thai Ginger has very strong taste That erase basil taste though Today, I make Japanese actor “Mokomichi” recipe Prawns and Vegetables Stir-Fries with Ethnic Basil Flavors ( A little bit arranged) Thank you for watching Please subscribe our channel See you next time!
