The chewy texture of the crepe dough never ceases to amaze me, no matter how many times I eat it. The moderately sweet vanilla ice cream melts on the tongue, and then the crunchy texture of the rich chocolate emerges from deep within. The dough retains its chewy texture all the way to the edge, and the ice cream is packed densely all the way to the edge, so despite its thin appearance, it’s incredibly satisfying to eat! The smoothness of the ice cream blends perfectly with the chocolate and dough, creating a unique texture! Domremy Happy Mille Crepe I could almost drink it. The nine layers of crepe batter and cream are layered to an exquisite thickness, allowing you to enjoy the unique “fizz!” sound of a mille crepe the moment you bite into it. The cream is milky yet not too heavy , with just the right balance of sweetness and richness! Chewy Crepe with Raw Chocolate and Chocolate Chip (Lawson) – Unlike regular thin and soft crepes, this one has a distinctive texture where the batter wraps around your teeth the more you chew. It made me hungry! Banana Custard Brulee Crepe (Family Mart) – A crepe topped with fragrant brulee custard batter, wrapped in banana, caramel sauce, and crunchy caramel chips! Don Remy Happy Banana Crepe – I absolutely love it. The batter is thin, with a buttery, moist flavor. It’s filled with chunky bananas and smooth cream! The cream contains Hokkaido mascarpone cheese powder, which, unlike regular cream, leaves a lighter aftertaste and makes it easier to eat! Chewy Chocolate Banana Crepe (Seven-Eleven): The chewy crepe dough spreads gently, allowing you to simultaneously enjoy the natural sweetness of the banana and the light, rich flavor of the cream! It supposedly contains chocolate sauce, but it doesn’t seem to have much of a presence. Family Mart’s The Crepe: Nama Chocolate – This is my favorite! You can first feel the elasticity of the dough and the egg flavor, followed by the melt-in-your-mouth nama chocolate that melts on your tongue, and the whipped cream envelops the sweetness. Morinaga Condensed Milk Flavored Crepe (Family Mart): Oh, condensed milk! It also contains strawberry sauce and diced strawberries, further enhancing the sweetness of the condensed milk cream! The chewy crepe and the Beni Tenshi sweet potato’s natural sweetness and soft flavor hit you hard, and the more you chew, the more you feel autumn. The cream part is subtly sweet, and the flavor of the dough and sweet potato is the main focus! Chewy Crepe – Nama Chocolate: This one has a weaker chocolate flavor than I expected, but the crepe dough is slightly chewy and matches the cream inside! Crepe au Chocolat Caramel (Chateraise): Caramel cream and chocolate cream are layered on top of a moist cocoa crepe! When you put it in your mouth, the fragrant caramel and bittersweetness spread first, followed by the deep flavor of cocoa. The dough is incredibly thin, which really brings out the caramel’s presence! Sasa Mille Crepe: This texture is great. The crunchy chocolate on top and in the middle layer defies your expectations of a crepe in a good way. The subtle cocoa aroma of the crepe dough spreads softly, followed by the smooth sweetness of the cream, which gently envelops you. The bitter chocolate layer tightens the whole, leaving a slight cocoa aftertaste. Fruit Mille Crepe (Lawson): It’s more sour than I expected! The moisture from the fleurs has been released, making the texture of the dough a little less chewy, but the sourness makes it easier to eat than a mille crepe made with just cream! The dough has a really good bite, so it seems like people’s tastes will differ between those who prefer a chewy texture. Q.なんで太らないんですか？
A.以下に調整方法をまとめてます。

撮影は基本的に2日に1本
カロリーは大体5000kcal前後摂取してます！
撮影の次の日は調整日と言って、以下の物を食べてます！

・ブラックコーヒー
・お魚さん
・納豆
・キムチ
・りんごなど
サプリは、ビタミンC、亜鉛、腸内環境を整えるもの
※撮影で料理が余った時はそれも食べてます

2日で5000~6000kcalを摂取してるイメージです。
1日平均すると2500~3000kcal
僕の基礎代謝が1800kcal
3000-1800=1200
つまり、1日運動で1200kcal消費すれば体型維持できます！

運動はランニング30分
ウエイトトレーニング&HIITを30分
これを毎日行ってます
日常生活でもある程度動くので
確実に1200kcalは消費してると思います
以上が僕の調整方法です！

他にも意識している生活習慣
・水を1日３〜４L以上摂取
・7時間以上寝る
・お風呂に20分以上浸かる
・寝る前に必ずストレッチをする

■動画の作りについて

○カット
僕は、基本的に動画のテンポを大切にしています。
モッパン系動画の中でも量は多い方なので、全部映した場合
食べてるシーンだけで1時間以上の尺になります。

それで良いと言う方もいるかも知れませんが、おそらく最後まで観てくれる方は少ないです。
僕は、動画をなるべく全部観てほしいです。
なので、「少し咀嚼の間の時間を飛ばす」ような編集にしてます。
他にも、カロリーのカウントアップをつけたり
字幕を入れてるのも、なるべく最後まで楽しんで観て頂きたいからです。

※飲み込むシーンは映すようにしてるんですが、たまに音が聞こえにくい時があります。
後は、ノイズや環境音、僕の鼻息や手がぶつかる音などが入ってしまった際は、カットしてます🙇‍♂️

○服装
服装はあえて黒にしてます。
理由は以下の通りです。

・後退色を使うことで、食べ物により迫力を出す
・一番彩度の低い色にする事で、どんな食べ物でも鮮やかに魅せる
・黒には高級感を与える効果があるので、よりプロフェッショナル風の動画に仕上がる
※将来的には、いろんな服で撮影するかも知れません。
