埼玉県飯能市にある中学校の給食室にお邪魔させていただき、見学させていただきました！
今回は鶏ガラや野菜の端材から出汁を取り、鶏団子もすべて1から手作りの栄養満点スープ🍲

I visited a public middle school in Saitama,Japan to see how school lunches are prepared!
This is vegetable chicken meatball soup, all vegetables are washed, cut and cooked by hand, the meatballs are made from scratch, and even the broth is made from chicken bone and vegetable scraps!
Japanese school lunches are designed to follow specific nutritional standards and have strict sanitary rules when making them.

給食って大人になってもまた食べたいと思うくらい特別な存在
素晴らしいけど俺が小学生の時より一品少ないな、、
事実ダメだった安倍自民以降子供の平均身長は下がっている。
海外にバラまいてないで給食の食材と作っている方々へもう少し税金を割けよと思う。

給食は勿論 大好きでしたが、今 思うと、毎日ほぼ決まった人数分を作るのに、機械を使って 切ったり混ぜたりしないのはどうしてなんでしょうね。

すごいですね！！体力的にキツくて辞めちゃう人も多いですね。
しかし、他の仕事よりは、料理に磨きがかかり、スキルアップできそう。揚げ物はあまりない所は良いですね。料理の仕事は、やはり厳しいです。
普通のレストランは、しばらく同じ料理なので、ある程度は楽だけど、給食調理員は、毎日メニューやレシピがかわるから、めちゃくちゃ大変だと感じました。
うちの地域は、給食調理員の求人二人分あり、平日の休みは取りにくい印象がありましたが、やはり平日の休みは取りにくかったり、休んだら文句言われるのかな。
平日に予定が時々あり、休めないと困る人が、近所の給食調理員の仕事の平日の休みが取りにくいなら、別の仕事を選ぶしかないですね。
Meanwhile… in Australia…. its chips and nuggets.. honestly no clue in the west on what nutritious food should be for kids
