Digest Hello everyone 👋😃 Today’s menu is Mont Blanc 🌰🍰 Autumn is the season when food is delicious 🍁🍠🌰 This time I made Mont Blanc using commercially available sweet chestnuts 🌰✨ Even a normal sponge cake has a high hurdle However, I thought Mont Blanc would be more difficult…😣But when I was searching on YouTube, I found a recipe for Mont Blanc using sweet chestnuts on the channel of Yukari, a cooking expert! 👀✨ Boiling the raw 🌰 and peeling it is easy and saves time 🎵 It gave me confidence that I could make Mont Blanc myself 😆 ✨ Strain the marron cream to make it smoother ✨ Chestnut flavor too It has a firm texture and is made with milk to create a mellow cream 🎵 I used meringue cookies for the base 😊 So it’s lighter overall than I expected and is easy to eat 😋 Today’s drink is iced coffee (unsweetened) 🥤 But… , It was incredibly difficult to squeeze out the marron cream and arrange it on the plate 💦 I couldn’t arrange the marron cream in the way I wanted it to be. 😱 I realized towards the end that I had to move the cream vigorously without hesitation, lol everyone .
