I made guacamole with a food processor – Paradice™ 9 by Breville

What a blast attending today’s exclusive virtual culinary experience featuring Breville Test Kitchen’s very own Otto Romer and the new Paradice™ 9! It was great to hang out with a bunch of foodies, pro chefs and our friends from Breville Canada. I also witnessed the power of the Breville+ app where I can find a bunch of recipes and step by step video instructions for each recipe. The recipes work hand in hand with smart Breville appliances.

I was able to prepare a guacamole on the fly during the live presentation. I fell a bit behind at one point, but was able to complete the guac before the chefs moved on to the next recipe. Ingredients included avocado, white onion, jalapeño, lime and kosher salt. So yummy and i had it ready in no time.
