急遽！プチ女子会 ｌ突然の友人訪問ｌ常備菜活用のワインパーティーｌ40代主婦の日常ｌ丁寧な暮らしｌ Petit girl’s party
家事を終え、一息ついた頃…
友人から連絡があり、急遽我が家に遊びに来たいと連絡がありました。
何の準備もしていなかったのですが、「いいよ、おいで〜」と受け入れ…お料理どうしよう！？とそこから試行錯誤💦
前日に常備菜を作っていたおかげで、これらを活用してディナーを振舞うことにしました。
友人が白ワインを買ってきてくれたので、これに合わせたメニューで。
始まってしまえば友人との楽しい時間が、あっという間に過ぎるのはいつもの事。
とても楽しい夜でした☺

After finishing my chores and taking a break…
I received a call from a friend who wanted to come and visit my house on short notice.
I was not prepared for such a request, but I accepted and said, “Sure, come on” over… What should I do with the food? I started to think about what to cook 💦 and from there it was a trial and error process.
Thanks to the fact that I had made reserve dishes the day before, I decided to make use of them and serve dinner.
My friend bought a bottle of white wine, so I decided to match the menu with it.
It’s always a good time with friends once it starts, and it goes by so fast.
It was a very enjoyable evening☺.

実は…先日、パエリアに挑戦。食材が全く同じなのに🥴〜
トマト水煮缶を買い忘れ……トマトペースト、ブィヨン、🍅等を代用したのですが💦お米が……（泣）
結局、シーフードを取り出し……パスタを茹でて〜
シーフードパスタ完成🤣。
皆が集まる夏休みに‼️

Excellent as always! I used to make pescatore before(using frozen seafood), but I never thought about using shio-kouji! I'll try it next time. Actually, shio-kouji is getting popular in America.
I also thought the octopus salad with carrots was a refreshing combination. To be honest, I have a hard time eating raw carrots, 😅but I love octopus. I'll definitely try this too.
It's always very relaxing to watch you cook. Thank you always!
