This delicious winter take on a summer favorite features tangy honey lemon pork ribs as the main ingredient in a tasty casserole. From the roasted potatoes and Brussels sprouts to the crispy corn flake coating on top, this is one casserole you’ll keep coming back to!

_Ingredients:_

– 1½ lbs potatoes, chopped
– 1½ lbs Brussels sprouts
– 6 red onions, chopped
– 4–5 cloves of garlic
– nutmeg
– salt & pepper
– olive oil for roasting
– 1¼ sticks butter
– 6½ lbs pork ribs
– juice of 3 lemons
– 3 egg yolks
– 1 bunch of oregano
– ⅓ cup honey
– 3½ cups corn flakes, crushed
