🌮 The Most Delicious Keto Taco Skillet | One-Pan Low Carb Dinner
This cheesy, flavorful Keto Taco Skillet is the ultimate one-pan meal — quick, low-carb, and packed with Tex-Mex flavor. It’s perfect for busy weeknights, keto meal prep, or whenever you want a comfort food fix without the carbs. Bonus: makes enough for leftovers 🙌
🧾 Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 (20oz) bag frozen cauliflower rice
1 (10oz) can diced tomatoes & green chilies
1 packet taco seasoning
½ cup water
1 diced bell pepper
1 small diced yellow onion
1 tbsp oil
1+ cups shredded cheddar cheese
👩🍳 Instructions:
Heat oil in a large skillet on medium. Sauté onion + bell pepper 3–4 minutes.
Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in taco seasoning + ½ cup water.
Add cauliflower rice and tomatoes with chilies. Simmer for 10 mins until hot.
Top with shredded cheddar and melt on low heat.
Serve as-is or with sour cream, avocado, jalapeños, or shredded lettuce!
