Is it still table side guacamole if you’re at home??🥑

If you have 5 minutes, then you can make authentic guacamole inside your mocha. Start by finally dicing half a red onion. Then just set that to the side. Then half a bush of wash cilantro. And if you have that weird soap gene, that’s okay. Just leave it out. Or you could do that thing where you just eat a lot of cilantro until it no longer bothers you. That’s how I defeat my ADHD. And then lastly, we’re just going to finally dice one jalapeno. And now I’m just going to move these over to a separate bowl because I want these to be a little bit roasty toasty like this. Now add those into dormay along with half your onion and cilantro, garlic, and a generous pinch of salt. And once you’ve got that all merated into a nice paste, you’re going to add in all of your avocados or shabbakadoo if you’re old enough. And now once you have all of your avocados in your mochet, then you’re just simply going to mash it down. And then finally, you’re going to add in the rest of your red onion and cilantro and the juice of a lime. Well, technically half a lime. And then you’re just going to mix it all up. And then just salt to taste.

  1. dude just call it a mortar and pestle, that's all it is, a glorified mortar and pestle called something else by mexicans so that they feel special

  2. I just wanna say thank you. My autistic son is so picky with foods. But not only does he love to watch your videos, he actually wants to try to be more adventurous and try them!

  3. And a pinch of cumin.

Trust me. I don’t know if it’s authentic, or white people bastardization, but I insist you try it.

  4. Oh I love it! Thanks for that tip. I understood exactly what you were saying about you defeating your ADHD … just keep doing the thing that messes with it until you can get mastery over it!!!! I’m gonna try it!!! 😊 it’s essentially practicing behavior cognitive therapy!!!
    Thanks a million ❤

  6. Ian is sarcastic & funny. Not everyone gets his jokes or humor. He ate (kept eating) til his ADHD went away. Like how some people, when depressed, over eat.

  7. I have the soap gene mildly but I like the taste of soap 😬 Even if I get it in my mouth while washing my face or hair I’m like not too bad before I rinse it out

  8. guy stops being a Sp. Ed. teacher for 3 minutes before trivializing mental disorders for jokes in his cooking videos. do better homes

  9. I ate cilantro until it no longer bothered me. It truly does work to do that.
I really had little choice after meeting my husband – he is Mexican and his family parties feature all the home cooking you can handle.
