今回は「ふわトロ♪はんぺんアボカドの和風カルパッチョ」をご紹介します🥑✨

ふわっとしたはんぺんと、とろけるアボカドをわさび醤油ベースのドレッシングでさっぱりと。
火を使わず10分で完成する簡単おつまみ＆副菜です！
わさびをきかせて大人味にしても、お子さん向けにマイルドにしても美味しいですよ◎

Today’s recipe is “Japanese-Style Hanpen & Avocado Carpaccio.”
Soft hanpen fish cake and creamy avocado are dressed in a soy-wasabi sauce for a refreshing, light appetizer.
No cooking required—ready in just 10 minutes!

材料（2人分）

はんぺん…1個

アボカド…1個

青ねぎ…少々

刻みのり…適量

A

しょうゆ…小さじ1

わさび…少々

オリーブオイル…小さじ2

レモン汁…小さじ1

Ingredients

1 Hanpen fish cake

1 Avocado

Green onion, chopped… a little

Nori (dried seaweed), shredded… as needed

A

1 tsp soy sauce

A little wasabi

2 tsp olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice

作り方

【A】をボウルで混ぜ合わせ、ドレッシングを作る。

はんぺんは8等分にしてさらに半分の薄さに切る。アボカドは横にスライスし、青ねぎは小口切りに。

皿にはんぺんとアボカドを交互に並べ、食べる直前に【A】をかけ、青ねぎと刻みのりを散らす。

Instructions

Mix ingredients of A to make the dressing.

Cut hanpen into 8 pieces and slice each in half horizontally. Slice avocado and chop green onion.

Arrange hanpen and avocado alternately on a plate. Just before serving, drizzle dressing and top with green onion and nori.

ポイント

わさびはお好みの量で辛さを調整してください。

アボカドは変色しやすいので、食べる直前に切ると鮮やかさが保てます。
