☆ 驚くほど簡単なのに美味しいですよ😆👌

【2人分】

タラの切り身　 2切れ

玉ねぎ　 1/2個

えのき茸　 1/3袋

バター✖︎　2人分

塩コショウ　 適量

① 25cm×30cmのアルミホイル箔を人数分用意します。

② バットにタラをのせ、臭み消しの為に酒大さじ1杯を振ります。

③ その上に玉ねぎ、えのきをのせ、酒大1、バター10gをのせて包みます。

④ 蒸し器に水を入れて沸騰させて15分蒸したら完成です。

Today, I’d like to introduce you to a dish that looks luxurious even though it’s a hassle-free recipe, Baked Cod in Foil.

Even beginners can easily make this, so please give it a try😆💕

☆ It’s surprisingly easy and delicious😆👌

[Serves 2]

2 fillets of cod

1/2 onion

1/3 bag of enoki mushrooms

Butter x 2 servings

Salt and pepper to taste

① Prepare 25cm x 30cm aluminum foil for the number of people.

② Place the cod on a tray and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sake to remove the odor.

③ Place the onion and enoki mushrooms on top, then add 1 tablespoon of sake and 10g of butter and wrap.

④ Put water in a steamer, bring it to a boil, steam for 15 minutes, and it’s done.
