Chicken Asparagus Zucchini Meatballs +9M
[Music] hi welcome back to one Apapa they are going to cook together she cannot asparagus zucchini meatballs meatballs are such a lovely recipe for picky eaters because basically you can mix in the stunning juicy balls all the vegetables that you like and they will barely notice and today we’re going to use a fresh asparagus that they are totally in season and zucchini in order to make our chicken meatballs nice juicy and moist that’s the trick the zucchini and the asparagus will not only give extra nutrients to our meatballs but will also prevent the chicken to dry out let’s start together our recipe first thing to do we are going to place in a food processor the garlic the cilantro and the green onions and we’re going to chop for a few seconds then we are going to add the asparagus and the zucchini and chop for another half a minute in order to obtain a kind of breadcrumb consistency I’m going to transfer in a bowl my asparagus zucchini mix and I’m going to add the ground chicken the corn one egg the breadcrumbs a pinch of salt for all the kids and the oregano and you can either add fresh oregano or dried oregano combine everything together and then create small meatballs and usually I use one tablespoon or for every Bowl I already lined baking sheet with some parchment paper and I’m going to place my chicken asparagus and zucchini meatballs one next to the other bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes and flip at 20 minutes in order to have a nice golden surface everywhere I prefer the meatballs this week for my kids and they love them because as I said at the beginning the vegetables really give the extra noise that the chicken really needs I really really hope your kids are going to enjoy this recipe too if you’re looking for similar recipes simply check the links in the area here below leave me comments and remember to subscribe to gonna pop back if you want to receive every week a new recipe from me ciao ciao

Another great looking recipe. Thanks!
Thank you! I’m in desperate need of more receipes for my fussy toddler!
Love it! Can’t wait to try it! 👏🏻👏🏻
Should you freeze these before or after baking? Also which food processor do you have? I just use a blender but it doesn't chop the food well.
You are lovely! Beautiful recipes! If you go to vidcon, hope to see you. Your channel is beautiful.

Instead of ground chicken can I use ground turkey ?
