Oyster & Bacon Cheese Cream Pasta
[Ingredients] – for 2 people
– Potato Starch x 1 tbsp
– Oyster x 100g
– Butter x 1 tbsp
– Olive Oil x 1 tbsp
– Garlic x 1 tsp
– Bacon x 40g
– Sake x 3 tbsp
– Milk x 500ml
– Water x 250ml
– Spaghetti x 2 serving
– Consomme x 1 tbsp
– Parmesan Cheese x 2 tbsp
– Salt & Pepper x 2 tsp
[Recipe]
STEP 1:
Clean up the Oyster by Potato Starch with Water + Potato Starch
STEP 2:
Saute Bacon & Oyster with 1tbsp of Butter & Olive Oil + 1tsp of Garlic paste. While cooking add 3tbsp of Sake and steam for a while.
STEP 3:
On the other pan, add 500ml of Milk + 250ml of Water and 2 servings of Spaghetti and boil it until 2min earlier than the time on the package (ex: if 10min on package, then 8min)
STEP 4:
Put sauteed Bacon & Oyster into the pan, and add Consomme (or Chicken Stock) x 1tbsp, Parmesan Cheese x 2tbsp, and Salt & Pepper x 1tsp each for seasoning.
STEP 5:
Mix until the sauce is thickened, adjust the taste, and then ready for serve!!
