Insalata Caprese is so popular Italian salad, appetizer.
We can cook it with many kinds of vegetables, but
this time I cook it with tomatoes.
That is classic choice😋!

*How to cook*
《Ingredients》
Cherry tomato one
Strained yogurt 5g
Pea sprouts a little
Olive oil just a little

《Instructions》
1:Peel and cut tomato into round slices
2:Boil pea sprout and remove its stalk
3:Then serve tomato, yogurt, pea sprouts on the plate
4:Add just a little olive oil
↑Drip several drops of oil with toothpick
5:It’s ready to eat!!

カプレーゼは色々な種類の野菜で作ることができますが、今回はトマトのカプレーゼを作りました🍳
やっぱりトマトが定番ですよね😋🍅

*作り方*
《材料》
ミニトマト　　　　　 　1つ
水切りヨーグルト　　 　5g
豆苗　　　　　　　　　少々
オリーブオイル 　ほんの少し

《手順》
1:トマトは湯むきし輪切りにする
2:豆苗は茹で、茎を取り除いて葉の部分のみにする
3:トマト、ヨーグルト、豆苗を盛り付ける
4:オリーブオイルを爪楊枝につけ、数滴垂らす
5:完成です！
