It's the best way to use up pickled Jalapeños. I prefer fresh for anything else. But I do freeze the excess in whole form from my garden for cooking all year.
I like fresh jalapeños better than pickled jalapeños.

As a kid growing up, this is how we made nachos at home. And I still do it to this day.😊
A bit of sour cream on top might be nice.
Please say you’re not using canned refried beans- freshly made frijoles made with lots of lard are the way to go
